Job Description:

The Customer Development Representative (CDR) will be responsible for expanding our growth into existing accounts. You will become familiar with Banzai’s existing customers and leverage that knowledge and relationships to expand Banzai usage by adding new users within existing customers. You will be assigned specific customer accounts to expand.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have two primary objectives:

  • Book demos with existing customer new users. Arrange and run video chat meetings with prospects and Customer Success Managers.
  • Expand 25% of your accounts: You will be assigned specific accounts,. Add at least 1 user from each of those accounts on a quarterly basis.

You will work with both the Sales team and the Customer Success team to identify which accounts to expand and who to contact.

We prefer candidates who are experienced with the following tools:

  • Zoom (or similar virtual meeting software)
  • Slack (or similar chat software)
  • Gmail
  • Salesforce
  • Excel
  • PhoneBurner (or similar auto-dialer)
  • Mailshake (or similar email automation software)

Experience: SaaS or B2B sales experience preferred.

Job Description:

The sales rep will be responsible for signing new customers. You will work with marketing professionals at B2B tech companies to understand their regional marketing event and webinar attendance needs.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be have two primary objectives:

  • Customers signed: You will be responsible for running sales meetings via video chat, signing up new customers, and closing deals.
  • Demos booked: You will be responsible for researching and prospecting new potential customers via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn.

We prefer candidates who are experienced with the following tools:
