We’ve found that being thoughtful with our outreach and resources gives you a more consistent experience and an accurate picture of what to expect when you use Banzai’s event marketing products.

We have updated our outreach and data use policies to ensure the continued high quality of Banzai products.


If an event is launched 3 weeks or 15 business days or more from the event date, the Banzai Customer will be able to use all available data. The Banzai Customer will also be able to utilize all outreach capabilities including phone and email.

Campaigns that are launched within the two-week window of the event or have poor conversion rates will have limited data access.
